The fully automated sophisticated fermentation and packing unit coupled with in-house quality monitoring laboratory facility is located in a 4000 sq. ft sprawling complex in the organic estate. Its rich merchandise includes Bio-fertilizers, Bio-control agents and Bio-pesticides.
Our state-of-the-art infrastructural unit is backed with technologically advanced tools and machineries assist in the manufacturing of Bio fertilizers and Bio control agents. Further the robust infrastructural base has also played a vital role in the fast and steady growth of the company. With adherence to the objective to serve flawless quality products, various stringent quality tests are performed along the various stages of processing of Bio fertilizers and Bio control agents. For fuller assurance of the quality, the tests are performed under the supervision of our quality control professionals. Each product comes with a quality assurance stamp resulting from thorough monitoring of the production process. The Quality Control segment of the unit employs an array of sophisticated analytical instruments for chemical and microbial estimations. In order to manufacture a qualitative gamut of bio-products, we scout for high quality raw materials from authentic suppliers within the country as well as abroad. The raw materials are selected judiciously after carefully scanning the market for authentic vendors. Starting from the procurement of top quality raw materials to packaging of finished products, the product undergo an array of quality check before being shipped to the clients.
